Amy Karlson: Current Obsession: Pixi by Petra Rose-Infused Skintreats

Are you as obsessed with all things rose, as I am? Whether it’s makeup, skincare, candles….whatever, I am loving rose products. Right now I’m living for the Pixi by Petra Rose-Infused Skintreats; each one is a must-have!

Pixi Beauty recently sent me this gorgeous travel case with 10(!) rose-infused Pixi Skintreats. It’s a lovely collection; the products are gently and really perform. This lineup, while pretty to look at, has serious skin care benefits. The Pixi rose-infused Skintreats are excellent for those with dry, dehydrated skin (like me). Plus, there are antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and radiance-boosting benefits to love.

So what are my favorites? Rose Ceramide Cream is a rich moisturizer with Rose Oil, ceramides and antioxidants to provide deep hydration. It has a luxe feel and is very lightly scented. Buy the Rose Ceramide Cream as an in-flight hydrator (it comes in a travel-friendly 1.7 oz. tube); you won’t regret it.

I love a facial mist, and the Rose Glow Mist is refreshing and restorative. There are seven oils, antioxidants and fatty acids in the formula. You can use the Rose Glow Mist to set your makeup and give a dewy glow, as a hydrator and refresher. I love the delicate rose scent, which I find calming. I just spritz away!

The other new-to-me product that I’m obsessed with is the Rose Cream Cleanser. It’s gentle, has antioxidants and natural botanicals, and is lightly scented. It doesn’t strip skin. Great for all skin types, even sensitive. This is my new go-to morning and nighttime cleanser; would definitely re-buy.
