Get ready to be blown away by IT Cosmetics’ new mascara, Lash Blowout. It’s a collaboration with Drybar®, the salon that practically invented blowouts for your hair. The partnership totally makes sense when you think about it!
The founders of IT Cosmetics and Drybar often saw each other at QVC, and one thing led to another, and before you know it, they were working together on a “salon volume” lift mascara! I’ve been wearing Lash Blowout Mascara daily, and it’s amazing. The wand is inspired by the technology used to create barrel hair brushes–and personally I think the packaging should win an award. It’s adorable!
It’s the Lash Blowout brush, though, that’s different. The brush has specially designed “microspheres” that take the product through your eyelashes, catching each one from root to tip. You see the results immediately, especially if you have stick straight eyelashes like I do. The lash-loving formula is infused with Biotin, collagen, Vitamin E and jojoba oil, so it feels good and isn’t drying. It’s a nice, deep black shade.
When I buy a mascara, the most important thing that I want is volume, and that’s the best part about Lash Blowout. This mascara gives you a bold, volumized look that lasts all day, without clumping, flaking or smudging. Would I rebuy it (always the critical question!). Definitely…I love the way my lashes look (and feel) when I use Lash Blowout Mascara.
For those wondering, I’ve also been a fan of IT Cosmetics’ Superhero Mascara. The difference between these two mascaras, is that Superhero gives you a more dramatic “stretched” lengthening effect, which Lash Blowout is more of a volumizing and lifting mascara.
