One of the easiest ways to transition into a new season is by changing up your lipstick. In addition to being universally loved by beauty addicts, M·A·C has one of the broadest lipstick shade ranges, with varied finishes and colors that flatter every skin tone.
I started picking through my lipstick collection to find some shade inspo for Fall, and once I started, I couldn’t stop. I love the colors of the changing leaves…browns, burgundy, red, orange…the colors you see in nature.
These are my favorite M·A·C lipstick shades for Fall (left to right):
Antique Velvet: intense chocolate brown shade, matte finish.
Chili: a M·A·C classic! The brownish-orange-red lipstick has a matte finish.
Dare You is a deep brown-red with a cremesheen finish.
D For Danger: M·A·C calls this a “brick red”, but I see it as more of a crimson, with a matte finish.
Diva is a reddish-burgundy shade with a matte finish. It’s gorgeous!
Fresh Moroccan – brick red with gold pearl and frost finish.
Instigator – deep blackened plum a matte finish.
Rebel is a midtone plum with a satin (cream) finish.
Sin: a deep dark blue-red with a matte finish; love this shade!
Taupe: if you just can’t break the neutral habit, go a bit richer with Taupe, a reddish-brown shade with matte finish.
I also love M·A·C’s Retro Matte Liquid Lipcolour, and the High Drama shade is a perfect Fall pick! This is a deep, dark plum with long-lasting wear (read more here).
